The game was made during the 7 Day Roguelike Challenge 2021 with TIC 80.

Dungeons of Dredmor is a roguelike indie game released on July 13, 2011 by Gaslamp Games. Downloadable content (DLC), 'Realm of the Diggle Gods', was released later that year. A second DLC, 'You Have To Name The Expansion Pack' was released on June 5, 2012. A third DLC, 'Conquest of the Wizardlands' was released on August 1, 2012. Dungeon and Puzzles is an award-winning puzzle game. The adventurer can use different abilities by switching to a different type of equipment. Use a sword to attack monsters around you, or bow and arrow to kill enemies from afar. Push the obstacles back using a shield, and even pull the monsters using special gloves. Tips:

  • The game shows A and B buttons, but those are mapped to Z and X on your keyboard.
  • While holding down the X key, you can use movement keys to turn your tool to face in another direction before releasing the X key.
  • You can attack enemies by moving towards them. Holding a sword in hand while doing that deals more damage.
  • You can use the hammer to build walls, but it can also be used to build bridges on water.
  • You can fight the easiest enemies without a sword, but you will need it for the tough enemies.
  • When a plant has grown (potato has white spots on it), you can pick it up.
  • You can eat food by picking it up and using it.
  • Enemies drop seeds, but only when they die on an empty space.
  • Concentrate on food production in the beginning before exploring.
  • Avoid dead end tunnels when not carrying a sword with you.

Thanks for playing! I added downloadable standalone version for Windows. I also added the original .tic file, so those who have TIC-80 installed can run the game on Linux, Mac OS and Android also.

Really exciting, fascinating game! I really adored the idea of only being able to hold one thing at a time, it opened up a lot of interesting decisions. It was also very satisfying to slowly but surely make progress through the map.

Fun little game! I like that you can sow seeds under enemies it's like hold on one sec can you move your foot I gotta plant this real quick
